It would be great to add a "Reminder" or "Calendar" item to follow up with new leads.

Then you almost have a complete Contact Management System. I have been looking at SalesForce.com Zoho.com etc., but I just need to be able to right meeting notes and schedule followup calls etc. Thank you.
