List order in signup form

The customer would like to log a general complaint about the new contacts management tool.  She had to have 2 tickets created with customer support today and her time is valuable.  Feels like the tool was rolled out before it was ready.  Her recent call in was due to the wrong list is showing up as the default list on her sign up form . Everything is set up correctly.

Are you having issues ordering your lists or when you select a list to be on your sign up form it is not displaying correctly?
