Hello. Sometimes, in the midst of entering multiple contacts, a user may get called into a meeting or otherwise be away from their desk. When the CC system automatically logs the user out during a period of inactivity, all entries are lost. Sometimes they can be retrieved and re-entered, sometimes they cannot. If there is any way to have your system NOT timeout when the CONTACT screen is up, that would be handy. Thanks.
Thanks for posting this feedback. The system will log you out for the security of your contact list and account content at this time but I can understand how this could be frustrating for you. Are you often entering contacts over a long period of time? if so, something like Contact Capture might be valuable for you to look into.
