Make Pop up sing-up forms mobile-responsive

Please make the pop up sign-up form feature mobile-responsive.  When viewing the pop-up on different mobile devices and browsers, the "x" button is not there, or the form is so large that it overflows the screen and the user can see or manipulate anything else.

FYI - I used the URL to embed it into my wix site (the widget sucks for Wix) and while it's working, it certainly isn't the most mobile friendly. Honestly it's a bit disappointing.
