I couldn't agree more. It's frustrating to have more than 500 people on a distribution list and realize that you put in the wrong document or link and NEED to retract it, but can't. Even the most basic email interfaces have the ability to recall messages, I'm not sure why Constant Contact doesn't allow this function.
I sent an email out to a very large distribution list this morning before I realised that it had the wrong link attached. Please tell me that you have now designed a function / tool where I can recall / retract / delete or at least edit this email?
