there is no field for the unsubscribe reason when you export the information from the new contacts feature

I need that opt-out reason for the utility that updates our internal database with a code that represents a future mail status - with nothing, I just mark them as "don't email through Constant Contact", but way too often it has said things like "This was a gift for my elderly mother and she's passed away." in which case I would handle it as a deceased customer.
I do a 2-way update between our systems and your system the first of every month. It used to take about an hour to an hour and a half, but now it takes 2 hours plus and we get less information than we had before and you've actually got.
And I'll be damned if I'm going to start doing it several times a week on the back end of every email.
I've just signed up for the test drive program in hopes that I can effect this change.

Personally, I wouldn't really need this, if you would start testing email export better. You keep breaking email export causing email exports to fail, then eventually fixing it, in an extremely frustrating seemingly endless loop. When you do that, the only way I can export for some emails and exports, is by tagging contacts and removing lists, which doesn't provide the infomation I need from the email ("Opened At" for Opens, "Reason" for OptOut and Bounce).
The daily email which lists new subscribers and people that have unsubscribed should list reason for unsubscribing next to the person's email address. It's manually intensive and cumbersome to have to go into each email report to see why people have unsubscribed. Plus it may change daily and therefore we're not getting the feedback that we need if we don't manually check every email every day. Please consider this quick update to the Sign-Up & Unsubscribe Updates Email.
Add the "reason". Seriously, there can be no valid reason why that field is not already on the export list. As well as what email they unsubscribed from.
I'd like to be able to see unsubscribe reasons in one download, sortable by date. As it works right now, I have to click into 50 campaigns separately and download results for each one. Then, I have to go back within a month and redownload, to see recent additions to each unsub list.
It's disappointing that this functionality hasn't been added yet. It's been requested by the community for years.
At the very least we could have them simply add the unsubscribe reason to the update subscribe notice field.

I would like to view, at once, a list of all unsubscribers and their feedback about why they unsubscribed. It's inconvenient to have to go to each email campaign and view this information separately for each campaign.
Seriously disappointing that this isn't an option. To have to view unsubscribe reasons email by email is ridiculous. Especially when you're new to the organization and haven't been around to monitor the results email by email. Seems like a no-brainer.

I want the reason to be included in the unsubscribed contacts list, so I can just download the whole thing and have their reasons there rather than having to go into each email campaign and look at those individually. It helps a lot with contacting people who have unsubscribed accidentally versus those who definitely don't want to hear from us anymore.
The changes made to the Contact section are good but I am still missing the ability to sort by and view the "Unsubscribed Date" when viewing my contacts who have unsubscribed. What good is viewing them if I can't see when they made that change? Please add this to a future enhancement. (Note: "Date edited" does not give me the same information because we have an auto-sync from our in-house database)

I would like to know whether an "unsubscribe" was done by me or somebody else, on the "unsubscribed" list. Can that data point be added?
Desperately need this feature in order to identify and contact recently unsubscribed in last 12 months.
