Multiple Text to sign up/Facebook sign up

We have multiple stores and I would like our customers to be able to sign up for newsletters at each store via text and be added to different lists within our database. The same for Facebook - I would like to be able to sign up from different store pages and have the contacts added to different lists in our database. thanks
