Need more tools for editing email lists

- I would like to be able to sort an email list on a column (e.g., in A-Z order) - I would like "actions", such as removing a row, to be available at the bottom of the list as well as the top since I often scroll to the bottom checking off rows that I want to remove - I want to be able to remove a row to maintain my email lists without an "interests changed?" question being emailed to the contact that I have removed
