Parents with Kids' Birthdays

I have various email lists that I am inputing. So I need a way to find out how many times I am sending a document to someone based on what list they are on or if it is a duplicate address. It would be great to have a tab on the contacts screen that shows which lists people are on or to know more easily if you have duplicates.
