It shows that I have 1 bounced email, but when I go to look at it, it says there are no bounced emails. I have a screen print if that will help.

When you first go into view your bounce report, it set the view to Recommended for Removal. To view all bounces, not just the contacts that have bounced multiple times and are recommended for removal, you can click on "View all bounced emails" or selected the Display drop-down to "All bounce types"


Looking at your recent email, "30 Ways", I do see where this is happening for you.
