Quicker Entry

There should be a data base or easier way to update contact information. For instance, everytime I want to add a custom field, I have to go into every contact and save - which takes a couple of seconds each. Is there an upload feature that would overwrite things?

If you were to import a file with updated information the old information would be overwritten. You would just need to make sure the contact is exactly tthe same (first name, last name and email address) so it maps to the correct contact. If you import an existing field as blank nothing would be updated.
