Would love to see device (mobile/desktop) information included in the Open and Click through reports - even if it is only in the csv exports. This would really help our team in managing their communication to our staffing group. Thanks.
I deleted some of my old campaigns because they had some errors and I didn't want to use them again. Now, when I look up a contact who received this campaign, the engagement says "Clicked [missing %{name} value]"
There are two ways this could be solved: 1) allow me to make edits in previously sent campaigns, instead of deleting them entirely and/or 2) allow me to delete campaigns but still keep the engagement records visible for deleted campaigns
