Search Contact List By Partial Field Detail

Hello, In my case the first word in the text search field is searchable but if there is other words in it, it wouldn't work. For example in our contact Ferdinand there is a section that says Hired to I wrote Nadav, Avi. When I searched Nadav it was able to find it but when I tried to search Avi there was no results. This is the issue I found. Thanks and have a good day!
