I have just chatted with an agent, and he requested that I send my feedback this way. I do not like the way you provide email stats on sent campaigns now. Originally, when I would send an email, about two days after it was sent, you would send me a report of the opens, clicks, spams, opt outs, etc. via email and all of that information was in the email. Now, I have to go into my account and pull that information myself. So, before it was a nice push to me. Now, I have to take 2 more steps and pull the information. Which I know sounds like a first world problem. But when you work for a small company, like I do, those extra steps cost me precious time. And I'd just like to make you aware that you have, I'm sure unknowingly, made my job more difficult.
