I downloaded Chrome to import contacts. It simply says "initializing" for a long period of time. Anyone else with this problem?

I am very sorry to hear this is happening, what type of file are you importing? Can you tell me what type of information is included besides email address? Is it just name, address, etc or is there anything unique?
