There is too great of a delay in sending emails, too frequently.

I'd understand the occasional hiccup but the sending delay of up to 30-45 minutes several times in a few months is unacceptable. I'd like to see some sort of compensation if an email was delayed by 30 min (as an example), and at the very least a public acknowledgement of the issue and a promise or plan to fix it.

Hello Hannah,

 

The sending delay that you are seeing is actually within our promised SLA (service level agreement) once you click on schedule it can take up to 1 hour to actually leave our system. While alot of times email typically send within 15 minutes of clicking on schedule, there can be delays based on how busy our servers are.
