Unsubscribe - but why?

Currently the unsubscribe link takes receipients through to a page where they can leave text offering insight into their decision to unsubscribe. As this is a text only option there will never be any feasible analytics of this. May I recommend the use of radio buttons with common pre-populated reasons for unsubscribing:


  • I did not sign up for this
  • Too frequent
  • No longer interested
  • other
