We had a customer loudly complain that they wanted to be removed from our email list (and somehow missed the unsubscribe button). I went in to try and unsubscribe them and could not find where to do so. I had to call tech support who informed me I needed to 1st remove them from permission before I could unsubscribe them. Why not allow a simple unsubscribe as part of the options on their address? Why add so many steps? To take it a step further, why not add Unsubscribe to the choices of lists any customer has, so it can easily be done en masse? Thank you and Happy Holidays!
