Unsubscribes should not be included in the open rate

Or we should have the option to have them taken out of the open rate..i.e., I have a 18% open rate however 43 of my users opted out of the 393 opens.. that dramatically reduces my open rate.. So it is an inflated and incorrect representation of interest in my email campaign..

the math for each category is skewed to produce the most possible for its respective category.....my experience - the ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS "CLICK THRU"  everything else is "statistical noise"
