A lot more functionality than this person is using. During the import of a file, I was able to successfully add fields he wants. Am now unable to see them except by exporting them but can't tell where the exported file was placed. I expect to be able to display all the information on the screen.

Thanks for posting this feedback, I am sorry to hear of the confusion. Once you start an export it will show on the Activity page of your account to download. This can be found by clicking Contacts > Activity. There should be a popup at the top of the screen pointing you to this location, were you not able to see this?
