What the bloody hell is it with Constant Contact "Management"?! Management.... who are trying to maximize profits and minimize service need to get their heads out of their collective ass. Always various technical problems with putting together newsletters due to piss-poor engineering instead of real world common sense thinking. Then some genius at Constant Contact decided to eliminate weekend support awhile ago, and of course you never brought it back. And now…...probably the same F____ing genius cuts phone support hours during the week back to 8:00 PM EST. And the phone techs don’t even know why that was done. Typical of American companies getting worse all the time. Constant Contact is well on their way to being equal to crap Indian and Chinese services. I can’t see any reason in the world to recommend or refer anyone to Constant Contact, unless they were someone we did not care about and simply wanted to screw over. Very disgustedly, An unhappy current customer.
