Not everybody wants to turn what they've been doing and how they've entered leads the last 6 years into something totally different. The old format was super clean and easy the new format is clumsy and cumbersome and now when I search for a freshly entered contact it doesn't even appear!!! Just bad and doesn't create brand loyalty in anyway.
Hi @DaxW what about our new contact management dashboard does not fit your needs? How are you searching for your contact? What steps would you expect to take instead?
