Your platform suddenly sucks

I have needed assistance uploading contact files for more than a month. Today when I tried to work around by pasting one column at a time, one customer at a time, it still isn't importing correctly. Should I be looking for another email platform because this is unacceptable.

Hi @moneil what file type do you have your contacts saved under? Do you have this same experience in a different browser, or even saving your file as a different file type?
