archiving lists

Does anyone know if there is a way to archive lists? We have many lists we don't use but we do not want to delete them.

Hello @LindaS27,

At this time there is not a way to archive your lists. As an alternative you can either 'favorite' the lists you do use so they appear on the top (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5479-favorite-a-list), or rename the other lists to include a description in the name saying it's archived (ex. "(Archived) General Interest").

Were you hoping for something that archives/displays it separately outside of the Contacts page?

Hi - is this something that has been added in as a functionality? I don't want to delete these lists, but I do want to "hide" them from my everyday lists. Thanks.

The last post I can find about archiving LISTS is from 2018. Does anyone know if Constant Contact has added that feature since then? If not, that would be very useful!

At this time being able to archive contact lists is not an available feature. Because of this we're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect the status of the idea with our engineering team. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on the idea but should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and are continuing to collect both requests along with use case examples. In fact, were you hoping for something that archives/displays it separately outside of the Contacts page?
