contact management screen layout and function

You have really hidden the method for editing a contact's email address on the Contact Management page. It's a huge page with very little content so why not add a button to indicate that we can edit a contact's address here. Or underline the contact's address so we know its something to click on. Do something on this page to make that editing function apparent. After 10 minutes of searching your site I had to call customer service to ask where I could edit the contact's info.
