email address: sending campaign twice to same eamil

Hello Tech Team, I am writing because I am disappointed in constant contacts ability to screen email addresses at the time of sending campaign. We have a couple of instances where an individual has received the same email twice, because their email address was in the system twice but with different names. This was what we understood would not happen with constant contact and one of the reasons we chose it.

I am sorry to hear this happened but thank you for sharing your feedback. At this time you are able to have the same email address with different contact information that would represent different contacts in the account. This is ideal for some situations like when a couple shares and email address or when a parent and child use the same but we know it's not perfect for everyone. Are you able to find these duplicate contacts and make sure they only exist once with correct name information?
