export utility

Export utility doesn't allow me to select only certain items under the contact tab. It always defaults to all the contact tab information, but then when i do an export, it doesn't get all of it...why?

I'd like to understand your feedback better.  When you export contacts it should give you a list of all of the fields to choose to export.  Are you not given these option?  Or is there an issue where you can't select them?
