PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO MANUALLY UNSUBSCRIBE CONTACTS. There appears to be an area for this task in the contacts section, under "Email Status." I ran into an issue where I needed to update over 1,000 contacts who were all on different (multiple) lists. There isn't a way to use a Header (i.e. Email Lists) so that when contacts are imported their lists are also updated. Instead you can only add them to one list. I highly recommend Constant Contact upgrade their system to also allow an Email List header so multiple contacts can be added to multiple lists in one bulk step. Thank you. ... View more

Today I deleted 21 contact lists. On the Activity page, it just says "Delete Lists", which displays once with a date and time stamp for each list I deleted. Before each deletion, I exported the list to my hard drive for safekeeping. On the Activity page, I would like to know the title of the lists I deleted, not just the term "Delete Lists". Currently the unsubscribe link takes receipients through to a page where they can leave text offering insight into their decision to unsubscribe. As this is a text only option there will never be any feasible analytics of this. I need to know the industry that my subscribers are from. In the profile update they provide that information in an un standardized way. Can there be a drop down list so I have consistent values in that field and can sort on it. otherwise, there a lot of different names for the same industry. Ii run webinars and Go to Webinar has a dropdown list for industry so all of the lists I upload from webinar registrations (they opt into the list) has standard industry responses. This is extremely critical. I can't ask my subscribers to update their industry or it will corrupt the CC data base for that field. ... View more

The "improved" landing page no longer allows for the selection of multiple lists.  This seems to be such a basic feature that I am surprised that it was taken away without an alternative being provided.  It will really limit the use of the landing page feature in our upcoming events. ... View more

I've used your new format several times now to verify contacts and add contacts. It requires many more steps that the old version. When I load additional contacts into my lists, their email addresses get tagged "email address - other." I end up with email addresses in the "other" and "work" columns, making for a messy download later. Our member database has a date field called "Expiration Date". We would love to be able to create a segment that includes those contacts whose Expiration Date is greater than today, i.e. our current active members. Segmenting based on a specific date in a date field doesn't seem nearly as useful as being able to segment based on a range of before or after a specific date. ... View more
