manage tags does not work

test it yourself. Cannot remove tags or delete existing tags. This software is terrible!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with tags @CheyeneS.

Are you trying to delete tags from the main contacts page? Or are you trying to delete them from an individual contact?

If you're trying to delete them from the main contacts page, you may need to scroll down after selecting the drop down arrow to locate the delete button.
