I am sorry to hear this is happening. I'm not able to replicate in your account so can you give us a little more information?
What browser are you working in?
What operating system do you work on?
From the "Add Contacts" menu, what option are you choosing? Does the page go blank directly after choosing this option or somewhere down the line?
