Thanks for posting, I am sorry to hear your system is able to work with Constant Contact. We did recently stop supporting IE 9, is that the browser you are working in?
If you do need to cancel the account you can do so by calling the billing team. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel accounts through other channels.
