Accidentally surpassed threshold and went up a tier

Hi. I accidentally uploaded too many contacts to constant contact and I believe I was bumped up to the next tier of payment. What is the best way to undo this mistake?

Is there a way I can do a batch delete and upload a list of the emails I want to DELETE instead of subscribe to bring my contacts count below the threshold again?

Hi @StevenM692

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.

That's a great question. The best option is to import those contacts to a list and then delete the contacts from there. It will allow you to delete them from your entire list and get down to your previous contact level. Make sure that after you reach out to our Billing Team to ensure you don't get charged at the higher rate.

Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact. Have a great day!
