Hello, I'm from Brazil!

 

My account is under review since last week and I'd like to know how long it takes to get available again to send emails. Our company work with e-commerce and we need it urgently.

 

I can't get in touch with an Account Review Specialist.

I apologize for experience you've had contacting our support! I took look at your account and can see this hold on your account was removed. Please let us know if there is anything else we  can assist with in the meantime.
