Account deactivated

Our account was deactivated on 2/1/18. We paid a full year in October 2017. It shows we have a balance of over $ remaining. Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for any confusion there may be about the remaining balance on your account. To help maintain your account security, I cannot go into your account's billing details though the Community. Because of this I would suggest reaching out to our Billing support directly. One of our support members can help look into this balance and answer any questions you may have.
