Hi, I have just upgraded my plan to use the New Client campaign and it keeps saying I have to upgrade when I already have??? Why isn't it working????

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look into your account and for all international customers, you will have to wait 30 days after opening your account before you can use the automated series emails. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I will submit feedback over to our engineers for review.
