You can now find the Footer Options box by clicking the Profile Icon in the top right and selecting My Settings, then clicking Email Features:
You can access your survey results by going into the survey on your campaigns tab. Click Here for an article that goes over accessing the individual and overall results of your survey.

I was unclear - Its not a survey, but the results of what is chosen as a reason when someone unsubscribes. Currently they can choose from "I receive too many emails" or other options. How do I find the answers that have been given?

You can find the responses for unsubscribed contacts by visiting the reporting for your campaign. Click on the unsubscribed category and the responses will display in the list of contacts if a response is given. I hope this helps!
