Hello @MIchaelI1. I'm sorry for any issues that you have had when logging into your account. A message like that can sometimes happen as the result of some saved information in your browser's cache or a plugin/extension in the browser that can interfere with Constant Contact. Could you possibly try using a different browser to log in to your account or a private/incognito window? Another thing that sometimes works is to clear the cache in your browser.
