It appears you've done it again. :smileymad:
I used your new archive tool to create a collection of archives ( 20+).
It put the most current entries towards the bottom.
I now added my most recent newsletter and it seems it wants to put the most recent at the top ( where it should have been to begin with)
I'm guessing you changed your mind and corrected it.
How do I fix my archive now so they are ALL in the correct order?
Hello @Clique_Marketing. I'm so sorry that you're experiencing this issue with our new Archive feature. We would like to take a closer look into this to see what we can do to assist you. Could you please email the username of the account that has an incorrectly listed archive and a reference to this post to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com?
I'll call your hotline. Yesterday I was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up.
I thought you might be aware of the change and have a suggestion.
Hi @Clique_Marketing. I'm so sorry that you were experiencing a long wait time yesterday. We would still like to help you with this issue and if you email us with that information we requested, we will get right to work on it.
Well it looks like my original assessment was correct, you changed your design and therefore effected the previous added archive order.
I would need to unarchive all of them and then select them again.
I just don't have time for your constant screw- ups.
We had the same problem and sorted it out with some In-line CSS:
This CSS will Reverse the order so if list order was "5, 4, 3, 2, 1" it will now show "1, 2, 3, 4, 5".
I hope this helps others resolve on their site.
