Archived newsletters

I want to download my archived newsletters but can only seem to embed them into my website. How I can access my old newsletters?

Re: Archived newsletters

Hi @RoG,

Thanks for bringing your question on Archived newsletters to the Community Forum! When you are on the Campaigns page, if you click where it says Archived Newsletters, that will bring up on the right hand side of the page, all of the emails that have been archived. Here is a graphic that may help as well!ArchivedNewsletters.png

Please let us know if you have any further questions! We are happy to help.

Re: Archived newsletters

Hi  I can only see newsletters up to 2007.  What happened to my newsletters from 2005 and 2006?

Thanks

Re: Archived newsletters

Hello @RoG. I apologize for the delay in our reply! Before you were brought over to our new platform, we notified customers that any campaigns created before March 2013 would no longer show in your account and you will not be able to access them. I apologize if you were not aware of this. Only campaigns that show in your account are able to be included in your embeddable archive.

Re: Archived newsletters

Thanks for this.  I didn't 'see the memo' about archived newsletters.  The reason I wanted to access them is that I'm changing providers and wanted to save my older material.

Re: Archived newsletters

Hi @RoG,

I can totally understand how it would be beneficial for you to save your older campaigns. However, we're no longer able to access those pre-2013 templates. I apologize for any inconvenience.
