I would like to be able to send a confirmation email to customers whose email address has been updated. When an existing customer uses my website sign up form and they enter their name and email, they do not get an auto email response welcome email because they were added previously with a different email address.

So it seems that there is not an auto respond if an existing customer updates their address. It would be nice to be able to send a confirmation email to them.
I can definitely understand how helpful it would be to send a confirmation email to your contacts when updating their email address. I apologize this is not a feature we currently provide. This is however feedback on our program I would be happy to submit in your account. We are always looking for ways to better our user's experience!
