Extremely misleading service. You advertise a 30 day free trial but infact it's less as you charge the account 5 days prior to the invoice date. You advertise the invoice date in bold and deliberately obscure the billing date. The most transparent procedure would be to advertise the TRUE billing date to avoid your potential customers going through so much hassle.
I see you already spoke with Billing recently and worked out the details with your account. I can definitely take your feedback on the Billing/Invoice date. I'm sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused by our Billing procedure.
