Hello, My past two months billing, indicate an increase from to , which appears to be a mistake. I did not request for the "Plus" plan. I do not see email to contact someone so submitting this issue here. Can someone please contact me
I apologize we can not go into your account's billing details here in the Community. I can however see you were able to speak to our Billing Support about these charges. If you have any follow-up questions please give a call back in to our Billing Department.
