Billing page does not allow user to select the date credit card is charged.
I just added a new credit card to our account and reset billing cycle to yearly. Bill is due July 3. My credit card was charged immediately (June 23). This is not normal. Every other payment site I've used allowed me to set the date to put the charge through.
I apologize for any issues involving a charge on your credit card. I ask that you call and speak with our Billing team as they will be able to best assist you with what happened. Click here for their hours and contact information.
