Hi...effective May 2016 my monthly debit has been $40.00 instead of $35.00 that too without any prior notice from Constant Contact. Needless to say I am disappointed you took this monthly fee increase without informing the account holder, I therefore would like a refund.

The only email I got from Constant Contact RE: billing was http://e01.ams11.com/OutboundMessage.aspx?M=1503.0A7D569A-7581-41A6-9383-C58EE2B4F19E which does not give notice of increase in fees.

I'm very sorry for the frustration this has caused you. We do require all billing related matters to be handled by our Billing team. Their phone number is (855) 797-4712 and their hours are 7AM-9PM EST Monday through Friday.
