Hi Support Team,


This is truly untolerable,


I had made upgrade for plan of 500 - 2500 people and charged must be 35USD. Bu however your company has taken 55USD from my account.


I feel risked at the moment,


Can you kindly look into this matter with importance.

Hello @NehaS69. Our Billing team can certainly look into this charge for you. Their international number is 781-472-8120 and they are available Monday through Friday from 7am-9pm.
