Thank you for reaching out. The monthly rates for our accounts are based off of the number of contacts you have in the account each month. However, if you do have periods of time in which you are not going to be using the account, you can always look into our suspend policy. With suspending an account, you maintain the accounts information for a smaller monthly fee. Here you can still access the account, with the only limitation being that you can't send emails. If you are looking for additional options, feel free to reach out to our Billing team. They can be reached at the phone numbers listed here on our Contact Us page, and they are open Monday through Friday from 7am until 9pm EST.
