I've attached a screen shot of what my computer looks like while using Safari 12.0. I've been able to use it perfectly fine up until about three weeks ago. Then out of nowhere, it started doing this. I now have to use Google Chrome to open Constant Contact and send emails. I'd prefer to stay with Safari since it's my primary browser. Any thoughts on what is causing this? It just continues spinning and "loading" but nothing will ever appear.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I apologize for the browser issues that you are experiencing. Can you try clearing the cache in Safari? You may also have an add-on or extension that needs to be disabled. Hopefully, either of these allows you to continue to use your primary browser. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do!
