Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your contacts. Email addresses get marked as Suspended after bouncing repeatedly as Non-existent. So it's always good to first check that these contacts are in fact correct. Were you able to contact these emails outside of Constant Contact? We would be happy to help look into these emails if you can please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, list of these contacts, and a reference to this post. However if you have a list of more than 5 addresses I would suggest reaching out to our Deliverability Specialists directly
