I can understand why that would be frustrating. However, I was not able to replicate this in my tests. I also checked with my upper level of support and this is not something they have seen before. Let's start with some troubleshooting first and if it doesn't resolve it, we can open a case to investigate it further.
1) What browser are you using?
2) Depending on the browser, this FAQ will cover how to access Incognito/Safe Mode. This will keep site data and extensions at bay. While in Incognito/Safe Mode try and replicate the issue. If it does not replicate it is possible there is an extension enabled on the browser that is interfering with our site.
3) If your current browser still doesn't work, I recommend trying another browser.
4) If possible, also run a speed test to make sure your Internet connection is at least 2mbps upload and download.
If these troubleshooting steps do not fix the issue please let us know and we will look deeper to try and resolve it.
