CC Survey in facebook post has generic heading I cannot edit

I put my first surveyvon my facebook page with a nice picture, The greeting reads "Greeting:Survey" I cannot edit this, it looks bush league LOL.  How do I change it.  

 

I pasted the link directly in the post.  thanks again everyone, this community is very helpfull

I have taken a look at your survey and see what you mean. If you deactivate the greeting page, it actually does display the picture and the post looks more professional. It still directs directly to the survey and shows your business logo. Take a look and see if you prefer this. Let us know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Thanks, had already sent the survey out. Will daeactivate greeting oage next time
